If I am driving a vehicle belonging to my employer provided for my regular use. In an at fault accident My fault personal use of this vehicle I am insured under the company auto policy and a listed driver w/10,000 PIP. I also have PIP on my personal auto policy with the named non owned endt attached. Can I also file a claim under my PIP for medical bills?

Depends on the state but PIP usually follows the vehicle, so the PIP (usually comes from the company policy which insures the vehicle.

If you were working at the time, workers compensation would be primary.

PIP would pay till the extent of the medical bills in connection with the accident only. You're not entitled to get paid for any irrelevant pain or suffering. However you may recover some amount in terms of your wages missed on account of the mishap. The bill would be deposited by your medical provider. Wish you a good health.

hey, one thing i feel ought to be mentioned over here...you're getting older each day...with each passing day your bones are getting weaker. For all these degenerating changes which are not associated with the accident you can't claim for a PIP cover. Got it!

While PIP does not pay for unrelated medical treatment, your statement really applies to a BI claim, not PIP. If a person had a something like degenerative disc disease and went for treatment for a sore back in the accident, the bills would be paid.
