It is raining hard and heavy today and i have water leaking from my ceiling from an upper level of my home. Is that covered by homeowners insurance?

If your referring to the leak itself, this depends on why it's leaking. Usually the resulting damage is covered but all of this is subject to your deductible.
This is also not an auto question and is posted in the auto forum.

If it's accidental or sudden most likely your policy will pay for it.
