Review of Buffett Senior Healthcare Corp.

Used to be Senior Healthcare Consultants (2009), then Apex-Elite (2010), then Lexicon Senior Healthcare (2011), now Buffett Senior Healthcare (2012). It's really the same company run by the same guys running the same scam - all they're trying to do is escape the bad press, which is well documented on the Internet by now. There's plenty of places, here and elsewhere, that have fully documented their scheme - if you have the fortitude to sift through the steaming piles of obvious shilling that alts of their senior management has spread throughout that documentation, feel free to check it out...but if you don't have the patience, then just run - run away, and don't look back.

I've actually been watching this case very carefully over the last couple of years and found a bunch of potential victims. Here's the problem: If we had a class of, let’s say, 200 people who’d each been damaged for $2000 (we’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and a little extra for pain and suffering) it would be difficult to justify spending $1 M on a class suit.

Here are the basic Prerequisites for a class suit:

One or more members of a class may sue or be sued as representative parties on behalf of all members only if:

(1) the class is so numerous that joinder of all members is impracticable;

(2) there are questions of law or fact common to the class;

(3) the claims or defenses of the representative parties are typical of the claims or defenses of the class; and

(4) the representative parties will fairly and adequately protect the interests of the class.

The third requirement is the one that’ll give us the most grief. I’ve found is that so many of the agents have entirely different stories. A class suit needs to be brought by a group of people whose claims / damages are typical - exactly the same way.

“Aside from possibly winning the Powerball; very little would give me more pleasure than getting a group of people together to go after Mr. Dale et al.”

That statement is in quotation marks because I would look forward to being questioned about it in my deposition as an Expert Witness and I want to make sure their defense team doesn’t screw it up.

Oh, the "et al" could possibly be someone like Brian Corder, but I can't say for sure.

Very interesting opinions/ or thoughts expressed here! I received an email from them within the last week. They asked me to view their website and apply :?

Thanks for the info. I received an email from them today and decided to research them first before responding. I already work for a reputable company that specializes in Medicare Supplements but always keep my options open. Sounds like this company not only bleeds their agents dry but does unethical behavior with seniors. Not the kind of company that I would want to be associated with.

I received their e-mail today an enjoyed being stroked to the point that I registered for the initial web interview in 3 days. After reading these posts, and the fact that this $1000 training fee is mentioned nowhere on their website that I was instructed to read thoroughly, I will do the 1st part on Monday then laugh for the rest of the day. Thanks Again!

WARNING: DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO TO WORK FOR BUFFETT SENIOR HEALTHCARE...UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING SCREWED HARD WITH ZERO LUBRICATION, and they don't even kiss you while they're doing it to you. I may be trying to be funny, but there's NOTHING funny about how badly these guys will tear you a new A-HOLE!! :twisted: :evil:
