Hi fatman, I recently had my legally parked car hit (head on). There was significant damage . The police arrived they made a report, I called my insurance agent (i have full coverage) they took the information. Do I need to contact the driver at fault's insurance company? The driver did not talk to me at all. The adjuster will look at the vehicle next week. Should I do anything else? Tom G.

I know this is crazy. The insurance company has a form where they say the beneficary was listed...But the MAIN beneficary at the time (which was my father n law) this form was supposedly made was already passed away, so how could someone be made a beneficary if they were not alive...Somehow papers have gotten lost somewhere....I am ready to scream...lol
