I'm in the process of submitting a complaint to Pa Insurance Commissioner and Pa Attorney General's Office regarding 2 of Forester's agents that open an account without my authorization. One Agent worked for an insurance company that I currently had an account with and gave another agent of Forester's my checking account information and Forester is aware of what happen but continue to draft money out of my checking account even though they know it's involving the HIPPA-LAW and forgery. I was about to send a copy of the letter via e-mail to the CEO of Forester and I happen to view this complaint site. Perhaps we should all get together and place complaints for an investigation to expedite this matter. :(

Please send me an email with your contact information. There could be a class action lawsuit lurking in there. I'd like to followup with you on that.
