My broker told me that
In the last hurricane that was in carolina September 2018
A lot of my shingles popup
I have homeowner insurance and the house is vacant from july until today
Still didnt rent it
The question is if the insurance will cover the roof if the house is vacant ?
I asked my insurance they told me that i have just 3 monthes to report a claim is it true?
