we replace our carpet and repaired wood damage and treated mold
we paid company cost + deductible
insur company sent us a check and repair company said we owe them that amount too.......and thy sent us another bill .......is this right??

Hard to tell without seeing all your paperwork. Did you have a contract with the company? Did you have an invoice when the work was completed?
