The moment a vehicle is involved in an accident it loses value. Even if the damages are repaired to "like new" condition, you will never be able to sell that vehicle for it pre-accident value. Learn how you can recover real $$ for that loss...this is something that even your attorney may not know about. Click here to learn more

I like these quotes from the website:
"Just two days before the statute of limitations expired, Mike decided to hire an attorney to help him get his car accident settlement."
then,
"That was three days before the statute of limitations expired, and Mike realized that the insurance company was deliberately stalling."
I thought it was two days? Then,
"The very next day, two days before the expiration of the statute of limitations, he drove into the Dallas County Courthouse."
So it was three days, not two.
If this is TX, there is a _4_ year statue of limitations. So 1457 days had gone by (yes, I did the math). who would allow a damaged auto claim to go on that long?
Lastly, and the reason for this post:
"You too can learn these secrets that the insurance companies don't want you to know. This is a totally unbiased report, as we are NOT associated or affiliated with any auto appraisal company or diminished value appraiser. Here you will receive the complete lowdown on what you can expect for the entire diminished value claim process."
It appears that for $20.00 your not even going to get documentation on what amount to claim for DV... only some type of "e-report" on _how_ to claim it. I'll save you $20.... simply notify the carrier in writing that you wish to pursue a DV claim. Of course they will probably require documentation of the DV claim but the OP does not appear to provide this anyway.

Thanks for pointing out what you assume is an error, and in such a pleasant manner. And since you don't know what's in the ereport, and the sources provided, then you basically don't know what you're talking about.
If this helps someone get the money that's coming to them and to stand up to the insurance company when told they can't claim diminished value, then surely the small price for the ereport is worth it?

Oh, I forgot! This is a forum operated by the insurance companies!

Not operated by an insurance company... but many of the posters are adjusters and agents. Yeah, I did jab a little at the post but that's because you don't even offer any documentation to assist the claimant with their DV claim. As this will surely be required by the insurance company, what purpose does your "document" serve? What qualifications do you have to support your documentation?
Your right... no one knows whats in your report. So why should they pay $20 when they have no idea what they would be getting?

They will be getting valuable information on how to file a diminished value claim, even from their own insurance provider. The $20 cost for the information may be a drop in the bucket, maybe even less than 1% of the return possible when they follow the instructions in the report. It's for sure that the insurance companies, agents and adjusters are not going to help anyone make a diminished value claim, especially against their own company! Their purpose is to keep money in the insurance company coffers and only pay out when absolutely necessary.
The qualification is first-hand experience in getting a $4000.00 check from the insurance company that was doing it's best to avoid paying. Something that even the attorney didn't think was possible or worth the trouble!
