My son burned himself after car broke down..he tried to titen the radiator cap and it blew antifreeze on his body and sufferd 2nd 3rd degree brns..Does PIP coverl

Depends on the state... but if the state has PIP he'd probably be covered under it. Usually if the vehicle is being used as it should, it would be considered under PIP.

I feel tcope is right! It should be covered under PIP. But then again you should tell us which state you're in..

Usually... if the passenger was injured in the normal use of the vehicle.
