I recieved, from the auto body shop, a copy of the Vehicle valuation report that was sent to the insurance Co. claim adjuster. It shows my dash, paint and glass at a rating of #2 (above average). All other areas were rated a #1 (average) I had some very minor rust under my door so the sheet metal was rated at a 0 (below average). I also recieved a copy of the report done by CCC. It shows my dash, paint and glass at a #1 along with everything else. The sheetmetal was still rated at a #0.
Obviously the adjuster changed the description, that was sent to him by their own inspector, of the condition of my truck, used in the CCC report. Is this not insurance fraud?

How can an insurance company commit fraud against themselves? You have the right idea, wrong term.
Have you asked the adjuster about this change? I'd start there.

I agree ask why they changed it...and no it's not fraud
