I was injured in motor vehicle accident 4/16/07 and at fault driver's insurance(different from co. insurance) is willing to settle. The settlement will disappear after medical expenses, workers comp repayment, & attorney's fee. I was in the company vehicle on company time, but company's insurance claims I am not covered because of exclusion concerning workers comp. Recovering from cervical surgery, with lumbar surgery pending, why don't company insurance cover me? 2nd surgery will not be covered & noone is covering lost wages, future earnings, or future medical expenses. what do i do?

Why won't they cover you? Well what did their denial letter say? And why would you want them to cover you and for what? Your injury? You don't want them to cover you Willie, if they did you would not be entitled to a BI settlement..more than likely...also if memory serves wk comp is always primary...
what do i do?
willie what does your attorney that is getting a third of your money have to say about this?Posted: Wed Nov 19, 2008 02:42 am Post Subject:
That was my question Lori. Doesn't the atty know what direction they can go here. Surely the more people they can show responsible the more money they would get in the end. I would call them tomorrow and ask. I know sometimes these atty like to put you off but this is your future and your money paying them so I would want answers. Stop back in and I hope you are doing better now.
