We would suggest that since you can obviously get online, you should probably try many of the good online websites that can quote your rate immediately.
Just use your fave search engine and search "auto insurance quotes" and you'll get about 8 billion hits. They'll ask you all sorts of questions and most will ask for your social security number as well. The reason they want that is usually in order to run your credit, which plays a big factor in pricing today.
We can't do much for you here, as we would need a boatload of more info, a lot of which we couldn't access legally anyway. With your 2 at-faults in the last year, I bet you already know that it's gonna be spendy, especially at your age. Any thought about getting rid of the car in favor of something that doesn't need full coverage?

Josh, I don't want to disappoint you but at your age with two wrecks in your record already it would be extremely difficult (if not impossible) to get auto policy at reasonable rate, but you may still try the methods suggested by Teacher.
You may also look into the scope of dropping the collision and comprehensive coverage if you are driving an old car with no lien on it. It'd lower your premium rate to some extent. Also, you may wish to keep the coverage level to the state minimum, but again its not always a good idea.
Thanks,
Rupert
