also does anybody know when i will get my judgement i did sue a company not just the person and the person didn't even show up just the owner which is a trucking business in los angeles.

I thought you could have an Attorney for ANYTHING relating to Small Claims..mmm.......if you can't, THAT'S something I never knew. If the Jugement 'favored' YOU in court, I would think you would get paid for it. However...........that IS alot of money that you were asking for. What would the Courts do in a case like this? have the OTHER person sell of assests to pay the amount, etc? I don't know myself..........just trying to learn things like this.

Collecting on judgements differs from state to state and county to county. Getting the judgement is many times the easier part...collecting the judgement is tough..
re: small claims court attorneys are not 'required' in any..and frowned upon in some jurisdictions.
