Hi, do you have the insurance information of the other driver? You may call up his insurer and filed the claim with them. However, I'm bit confused over this....

Are you referring to the same accident or you were hurt in a separate incident?

Lost both of these claims should've already been filed with both carriers have you done that? Assuming you have and your vehicle has already been inspected from the first accident...then the adjuster in this second accident merely has to look at the pictures and estimate from your accident to know what damage was from which accident..and they of course owe you for the 'new' damage.
Please fill in the blanks for us so we can be of better assistance.
Did you report your accident to yours and other guys ins?
Have they already paid you for that damage?
Have you reported to yours and other guys ins on wifes accident?
What state are you in?
Were both accidents simalar in nature? ie were you both stopped and rearended, in motion? what happened?
What state are you in?
