My son was involved in a MVA in my car and the insurance is refusing to pay since he is an excluded driver on my policy. Is there anything I can do about getting my car fixed by my insurance company?

NOPE, not a thing...you excluded him then ALLOWED him to drive...did he cause any damage to anyone elses car? Or hurt anyone?

Did you read the exclusion that your agreed to and that they sent so that you could read it? Was their any confusion as to what this "exclusion" was for?

Tushar, I doubt that the lawyer even can be of much help to the OP. It was a negligence on her part to allow her son to drive the car when he is an excluded driver in her policy.
The exclusion section of the policy permits the policy holder to disallow any particular member of the family form driving the car in order to lower the premium rate. Many opt for this in order to avoid an exuberant premium hike in the policy that may arise due to the inclusion of the high risk driver of the family.

I agree with Carol...an attorney likely will just cost them more...bottom line, an 'excluded' driver drove the vehicle...rolled the dice and lost... not the consequences kick in...sorry..
