huh? are you asking how do you find out you were injured?! cause thats what i understand from what you wrote. if thats the case, it doesn't make any sense.
if you're trying to ask if you're covered by insurance, then i do have some advise. who was the driver? find out what type of policy does he own. does the policy cover passengers?

If indeed you want to know whether you would receive coverage for your injuries then yeah, you are entitled to compensation for the injuries caused in the accident. if you are staying in a no-fault state, the PIP coverage of the driver would cover your medical expenses.
If you are in an accident wherein the other vehicle involved is at-fault, the responsible driver’s liability insurance would then cover your expenses. But you may have to meet the expenses through your health carrier or medapy before the other driver’s insurer settles the claim. But more information is required from you in order to make more sensible responses since all these replies are based on assumptions.
