my car insurance company has added someone to my policy under the wrong name, they've been driving for the last 4 days with 'technically' no insurance? As the policyholder im not happy about this at all and would like to take it further. where do i stand legally?

How were you "injured"? I must be missing something, but sounds to me like no big deal at all..why would you want to sue and for what? What harm befell you because of this?
