Why the auto insurance companies don't count Guam driving experience as valid in detemining your insurance premiums? Afterall, Guam is an US Territory just like Porto Rico & Virgin Island for which the auto insurance industry would consider the driving experience as valid towards calculating your insurance premiums.

I guess the driving experience within the US mainland is quite different than that of the territories. So, I guess you'd need to sit for another driving test following the state norms. I'll wait for the others to reply!

Well, I'm not sure if I understood your query properly. What type of driving experience do they count as valid while calculating premiums in Guam then? I'm sure you can tell me a bit about that now.
