noninsured claimed that he saw my son's car on his right side. my son pulled out in front of him and he could not stop and he hit him. Pictures prove a whole different story. Van was damaged on driver's corner light only. Front was not damaged. My son's car was damaged on his drivers light, bumper was split in two, hole in front of drivers tire. non insured Claims he was going 25mph in 25mph zone. But it was dark and rain mixed with snow. My son was heading west other driver was heading east in opposite direction. He hit my son so hard causing his car to swing 90 degree angle. With headlights facing north tail south. Van hit bumper and slid down ending in a tbone position on my sons driver door. Door was not damaged. That damage was not caused from noninsured hitting my son's car or t boning it. He lied. Insurance company paid out why?

Is this what your son stated happened... the two vehicles were travelling opposie directions on the same road and the other vehicle came over into his lane? When you state "bumper" it's confusing as there is a front bumper and a rear bumper.

I would call the insurance company or if the police was called get a copy of the police report. By doing one of these two things you will find out exactly what really happened.

Since the insurance company has paid the claim, there isn't much that can be done now. If you really want to dispute if have to take steps against your own insurer.

Definitely the insurance company has found some amount of truth in the noninsured drivers story and that is why has paid out the claim to protect the insured from getting sued.

my son got a ticket for failure to yield which resulted in a
