The policy to reinstate your suspended driver's license in Florida will largely depend upon the reason behind the suspension. Your license can get revoked for an indefinite period of time in Florida, if you fail to pay the fine for traffic violations. If that remains the reason behind the suspension of your license, you may then have to contact the traffic court of your state to clear the due fines. You're also required to pay a certain amount as the reinstatement fee to activate the license.
As you can see that it's absolutely necessary for us to know the reason for suspension in order to be more precise with our replies.

let me suggest a very basic deference between Sr-22 and non-owners insurance.
Sr-22 certifies the financial responsibility of the driver when there is no proper auto insurance covering the driver. It certifies that the driver is capable of paying the liability claim is it arise in the future.
Sr-22 is required for driver, who's license has been revoked for serious traffic violation. And that's the reason why it's often so costly. Also, not all auto insurer offers Sr-22 coverage.
On the other hand, non-owner's insurance are for the people, who are regular drivers but don't own a car. And it can be purchased under normal circumstances as well. And almost all the auto insurers offer this policy. Besides, it can't help you to reinstate your revoked license.

danny, if you don't own a car but still need to obtain the Sr-22 to reinstate the license you're required to obtain the non-owners liability Sr-22 insurance.
The non-owners Sr-22 plan promises to extend its coverage to any vehicle that you may drive with the permission of the owner. You can contact the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles or the HSMV for further information on the non-owner Sr-22.
However, if you own a car or have one at your household or are borrowing one's car for frequent uses, you mustn't purchase a non-owners insurance.
