Are dealers required to provide proof of insurance for cars that I retrieve for them as a dealer trade/purchase from another dealership?

If your operating a vehicle on public roads, it's required to have insurance and you are required to be able to show proof of insurance. If you can't, _you_ be issued a citation.

Yes, Kent the dealers are required to provide this...Most 'shag' (what we call them where I come from) drivers, have a fleet proof of ins card that will work with all the vehicles they drive...whomever is paying you should get this to you, or there should be one in the glove box of every car you drive one or the other.
