I'M A REAL ESTATE AGENT SEEKING INSURANCE FOR LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE I DON'T DRIVE AND DON'T HAVE A LICENSE AND WILL NOT BE DRIVING WITHOUT ONE I NEED FOR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT REASON IS THIS POSSIBLE

If I am understanding your post correctly then you are looking auto insurance while you don't own a car. If that is the case, then yes, you can get a non-owner's policy if you are going to drive the contractor's car regularly.
By the way, does the contractor have commercial auto policy? He can then add you as a driver on that one.
