The insurance company is charging me for a family member that moved out of my house almost 2 years ago. When she left she did not give an address, they refuse to remove her from my policy, what can I do above this?

If you are separated now, then surely you need to get the cancellation done at priority basis.
you can convey this issue to the insurance commissioner in your area. for the list you can go through this link

I'd have a conversation with your agent so that they can work as your advocate in this matter.

Why exactly are they denying to remove her from the policy? I guess she has no access to your vehicle anymore. Just follow the suggestion given by Tcope. And, if they continue denying you may have to find another insurer for yourself.

Talk sincerely with your insurance company about this issue. If they don't agree with you, try to look for other insurance company that can cater your needs.
