Car salesman rear ended driving vehicle owned by the job. Job no fault is 50k (Zurich is Ins co) which is now exhausted because med bills and lost wages are 175k
If car salesman has another car which he pays the ins on with 100k no fault-PIP can he stack the PIP policies
how does he do it

it depends on the state where the accident happened. I'd say most likely, yes PIP can be stacked.
You'd contact your own carrier and report the accident/file a claim.

Well, as far I know some states allow the policy holders to stack their Uninsured Motorist Coverage where the policy holder can seek coverage from multiple UIM policy if required and thus can maximize his claim. I'm not aware of PIP stacking through.

Hey, it would depend upon the state laws. Some states may allow stacking even of the PIP coverage, in some other states, for eg- Minnesota, stacking of personal injury protection coverage can be done by electing the 'option' with the promise of paying added premium when its specifically 'excluded' in the plans.

Some atates you actually have to sign a form if you do not want your insurance stacked. I recieved one in the mail about a year ago and the letter staed unless I otherwise signed the form it was now regulation to stack insurance unless the insured opts out by signing the form. While we are on the topic how much does it generally cost to stack insurance?

If you are in a company care registered in DE and get into a car accident while not in the scope of your employement and the PIP coverage on that vehicle is exhausted can you stack PIP from your cars policies in the state of Delaware?

Hi DE..
In Delaware, the supreme court hasn't ruled out stacking by more than one auto insurance policies, if any one of such policies satisfies the UIM threshold as mandated by the state. So you'd better check out with the UIM threshold.
