Tired of not getting answers about my claim

I have been dealing with an insurance claim for the past 4 months with allstate. I car was stolen, I in turn notify allstate like I was suppose to then my car was found like three weeks later. They started their investigation then requested I do an examination under oath which I did(a month ago) and was told they would be in touch with me. So last week I called the claims adjuster and he told me that he would be getting back to me once he knows more, since then I have called several times AND left messages yet still no response from him. What other options do I have in this situation? Also I forgot to tell you I asked about my car where abouts more than once and the claims adjuster just keeps telling me that it is in a secure allstate facility. I have given them everything assoiciated with my car... My car keys the proof of loss form etc.. What more can I do

Your bank doesn't care as long you make the payments...

J, let's be honest here, what is the problem? I mean what is the ins carrier seeing that makes them think you are involved in this? What were the circumstances of the theft? Did you have any credit issues, any other thefts or fires?

No, I don't have any credit issues and I make more than enough to foot all my bills, and even when I do the euo... The attorney performing it was trying to fish 'for information because there is no reason for me to do it. According to the insurance person I spoke to it's because I had a newer policy and of my age it makes me look suspicious and the type of car I own. Which I feel is unfair because if I can afford to buy a nice car and pay for it why shouldn't I. I spoke with my personal attorney after the euo and he was like the line of questioning the attorney was asking was generally because they don't have a reason to show I am involved. I gave up any and everything and without a problem so I don't know why I had to go through of all of this.

I don't know why either...most carriers will not got this far without huge 'red flags'..and sounds like you have none :? ...what's the latest from the adjuster?

Well I spoke to the first adjuster yesterday and she was asking if anyone told me if the car was totaled out or if I was given an estimate on the damages. I advised that I wasn't given anything and then she asked me for the location of the car and I told her I didn't know because they towed it (meaning the second adjuster) so she said she didn't see any estimates and would have to see that and call me back and that was yesterday. So I still don't know.
