No way of telling with this information. Additional information is needed including, (at least) amount of all medical bills, review of all medical notes, age, employment, married status, location of accident, etc.
Chances are very good that your not actually filing suit against your carrier (if you are, an attorney would need to handle that and he/she should be able to tell you what your claim is worth). You are simple presenting an uninsured motorist injury claim.

Why are you suing your company and why are you YELLING? Am I to assume from this that you have an attorney representing you in a UM claim against your carrier? That doesn't mean it will go to suit I assure you..What are your UM limits to start with...?Posted: Tue Sep 16, 2008 12:03 pm Post Subject:
You may receive coverage for your medical bills along with the lost wages and pains and sufferings. I agree with tcope, its hard to give you a figure that you may seek from the insurance company, but you may add up all these factors to reach at the amount.
BTW, why would you like to contest with the insurance company?

Well, I guess that at the max you can collect the limit of the UM coverage. I go with Lori, you may not need to go to the court to settle the matter. The lawyer may help in resolving the matter outside the court.
However you may receive coverage for the following items,
Thanks,
Rupert
