First, talk to your attorney and see if he will assist with finding out the problem with the repairs to the vehicle. Your going to be paying your attorney 33% of your injury settlement, the least he/she could do is offer some assistance on the repairs to your vehicle.
You don't mention the main part... _what_ the problem is. You have stated that Nationwide won't pay for any more repairs and the body shop won't repair the rest of the damages... WHY? Did Nationwide pay for all the repairs and the shop just does not want to do the rest, did Nationwide not pay for all the repairs, etc. You need to find out _exactly_ what the problem is. If you don't, your going to get no where. Once you know _what_ the problem is, post that information here.
If your vehicle is worth about $17,000, $13000 in repairs is still under the amount at which they would probably consider it a total loss.

I guess you have hit it right on spot :) I too think that's the reason. However, I am clueless about the rest of the story. The body shop is denying to repair the car even after receiving the check from Nationwide, why?
Are they demanding more towards the repair work now? hasn't the damages been appraised properly by the adjuster? was the amount on the check less than the estimate given by the bodyshop?

I'm also wondering about the third party liability issue. The OP hasn't voiced anything regarding that. Moreover,
my aturny filed suit but,its not going any where
Regarding what?

Also, can we correct the subject line. To some people that might be a problem, to others it might not. :)

If the shop began the repairs and found additional damage that would never be repaired to the satisfaction of a vehicle owner who never wanted it fixed, they were wrong to do so without the permission of the vehicle owner. I am sure that most state laws prohibit this. Are there two carriers involved? Is Nationwide the other driver's carrier? If so, get your own insurance company involved.
