Can you rewrite that question using some (any) grammar so that it can be read?

Might be its posing some problem for the Vegas authorities even though your car is almost 74% damaged. The community seniors would certainly explain to you if the CA title could come in between. But you may certainly check up with the Vegas notifications pertaining to travelers from outside.

Apparently you are saying that NEVADA has a 65% total rule? I've never heard of a state being that low...would be a lot of totaled vehicles..or are you pointing out that it's 65% of the damage?that they call it a total loss but sence i have a CA. tittle that they cant total it now the car damages are $11,500 and the car is worth 15,500
Isn't that like 75%?are they just tryn too get out of paying me or what ?
No they are not..i dont feel safe in the car cause of the airbags and seat belt problems but i have 2 little girls and i dnt want anything too happen too them what can i do about my problem
they will replace the airbags and seat belts in the repair if they deployed....you can file it with YOUR carrier...Start over..what happened EXACTLY...what carriers are involved etc..

That is something I can understand. The answer to this question is where the vehicle is titled, as it's this state that ultimately controls the processing of the title. But it's confusing and everyone might not agree.Bottom line, an insurance company can total out a car if it cost $1 to repair. It's just that they can't repair it if it exceeds the states maximum. As this is an issue dealing with the title, I say it goes to the state where the vehicle is titles. If I have a CA titled car in an accident in NV, why would NV car about the title.

I believe the OP got a hint of that already..now all he needed to know is what he should do NEXT. Lori wants him to file it with his carrier but I'd need to know from her about the success rate of such claims that bear an out-of-state title.
