startup

hi, first post, in researching business plans etc... i found this site and it has already given some great advice. i'm planning to start up a P&C agency via a network program. my producers liscense is fresh but unused, i currently run a bail bonds agency, but am looking to expand ,any ideas are welcome ,thanks
