Employment Practice Liability Insurance

This is something different than General Liability insurance. It can be purchased as a rider in a "package" policy. Employment practice liability includes coverage for claims alleging wrongful termination, sexual harassment, hostile workplace, and such. General liability usually does not. Some policies may add the coverage as a standard benefit.

You will need Employment Practice Liability Insurance from the day you start hiring employees. It will protect you, your investors and your company's directors against any sort of allegation from ex-employees, current employees and prospective employees.

Are you absolutely certain? I hope you have paid your Professional Liability Insurance premiums to date.
