I am launching a new LLC but absorbing an existing business.

How do I communicate and maximize on the experience of the workers and business history that are becoming part of my new LLC?

The business will primarily do fire protection inspections on automatic sprinkler systems and repairs....I am assuming that insurance costs would be high for a new company yet, I will have people with 20 plus years experience on board and their certifications in various areas.

I guess I'm looking for the best way to avoid being treated like an inexperienced company and perhaps not being able to find coverage or needing to pay more than is reasonable for our combined experience....Thank you!

As always, work with a local experienced broker or agent to get the best service for your insurance needs. We will communicate all necessary details to the underwriting department to make sure you get the best possible rate for your protection needs.
