EU located company seeking insurance

Hello,

I m trying to find an insurance company which will support my business so i can offer my clients better service. I tried find direct insurance company abroad since we are EU country but not luck. My country insurers are not liberal and dont offer any offer for cooperation. What shall i do ? Also i cant find any Europe insurance forum specialized for insurance professionals. Pls help
