I am thinking for starting a new small business. I had researched a lot and I find there is a market for my idea. If I do that, where can I borrow some money? I am not having that much good credit, I have only 625 and don't exactly know that whether it is good or bad.
Please suggest me what to do and where to get funding loan in a good interest....

How do I communicate and maximize on the experience of the workers and business history that are becoming part of my new LLC?

The business will primarily do fire protection inspections on automatic sprinkler systems and repairs....I am assuming that insurance costs would be high for a new company yet, I will have people with 20 plus years experience on board and their certifications in various areas.

our original company does not want to make waves with UPS and will only be asking for cash value of items at time of sale.

we are planning to write a complaint letter to the corporate office of the company we purchased the items from.. We will be asking them to replace each item purchased or the current replacement value with documentation backing up our figures.

I own a vintage and used bicycle shop, and need to replace my insurance. It appears there are VERY few companies that will cover home based and primarily used resale businesses.. I'm an LLC with no employees in Colorado. Does anyone know of companies that might be good for me?

I'm just starting a business. Do I need insurance right away?

My insurance company is holding through depreciation substantial monies until repairs are complete. They are not renewing my business policy. Will I still be able to collect those monies even though I will not have a current policy with them?

need insurance quickly for my catering. what type would I need? there will be no alcohol involved just catering at a church for approx. 135 people.

(tolld ok for a fuel pump by texting did an oil pump instead but on top of the error it did not fix vehicle) then charged after the fact for a teardown $500. Upon learning the wrong repair, and in the tear down the real problem (it was what I told him going in). Repair guy told he would be paid for the authorized job which was the teardown only and I was picking up vehicle. He refuses to put vehicle back together, he refuses to allow me to see my vehicle, he refused the insurance company to see, BAR has gone in but cannot make him release the vehicle. I am going to small claims court.

I am looking for general liability for a small water park and have not been able to find an outlet for it.
