Hello, I a need professional consultation and hope you will help me. our company is structuring export deal (with the contract for 4 years) and the buyer is ready to provide advance payment against the guarantee issued by the S&P rated company. Our insurance company has no such rating, but they are able to reinsure it with their partner reinsurance company. however, the buyer hasnt agreed motivating that the contractual relationship between insurer and re-insurer companies are not transparent and it is possible that they will make changes in the contract without their consent.

Question about business insurance

Is business insurance different from insurance that protects your business from fire or flood that can cause damage to your products and services? Or it is covered under a business insurance policy?

Do you own a business or a farm? Are you really covered?

I work with an independent agency in Pierce County WA. I am finding that almost all the people that come to me with questions or just want quotes are severely underinsured and have no idea. The direction I would like to go with my business is helping small to medium sized business be able to actually insure them proplery with fair premiums. I grew up around small business and know how difficult it is to run one with the prices of everything going up. Do you own a small business or farm that you would like a free insurance review or quote on?

Business Insurance for Home Business

As more and more people are starting a business venture from their homes, homeowner's insurance policies are getting a little more confusing.

Many home insurance policies provide endorsements for "incidental business" coverage, but most people don't realize that there is absolutely no business liability insurance coverage offered in the home policy.

Just as we separate our business from our home for income tax purposes, shouldn't we also separate our business from our home for "insurance"
purposes?

Although, I have been at this job a long long time, there is still not a month that goes by that someone doesn't make a comment like, 'I know you're paid to save the company money, or It's your job to pay the least amount possible, (right out say), You're paid to screw us over I understand that'. When in fact that is not true, I am paid (among many things) to put the injured/damaged person back into the same position they were in prior to the loss, or to make them 'whole' again.
