I was wondering if I could cancel my Aflac policy within the first week and before any deduction. Actually, a colleague of mine wants to cancel his Aflac and called agent the next day. She said no, not for a year. Doesn't Aflac fall under the Texas 3 day cancellation grace period?

How was the insurance obtained and how is it being paid for? There probably is a right of rescission.
