Can I get comprehensive insurance for a stored vehicle in ca without a drivers license?

If you are the registered or legal owner of the vehicle in storage, the answer is "probably". Unfortunately, you don't provide a single bit of information about the vehicle or type of coverage you have.

Hi, you haven't specified if you are the owner of the vehicle. I guess you would need to talk to your insurance agent. He can guide you better about the kind of insurance you can get.

The OP obviously does not have an agent. Comprehensive (other than collision) is not available as a separate coverage. It may only be purchased with collision. On the other hand, collision may be purchased without comprehensive.
