Many commercial insurance carriers offer property, commercial auto, general liability, and professional liability for church clients.
There are many things which could affect the rates:
(1) Is there a daycare in the church?
(2) Is cash kept on church property?
(3) Does the church pick up and deliver people somewhere?
(4) Is there a shelter in the church?
(5) Does the church sponsor athletic teams?
Insuring the church building is not much of a problem, but some church related activities can complicate the insurance process.

I know the company I work for writes a ton of churches in the Midwest. I work for Cincinnati Insurance Company. But as this would be a commercial policy, you really need to speak to an agent and have then evaluate your needs.
