Auto Accident

I was hit from behind in a car accident. The insurance company denies they are responsible for the damages to my vehicle, when their policy holder hit me from behind.

Now I am being taken to court. I deny that I should have to come out of pocket for the damages made to their vehicle. This entire accident is a mess. Any suggestions on what if anything can be done?

I kind of have to ask.... what about your carrier? They should provide you a defense. I also think I know what the answer to this will be.

I'm guess that there is a whole lot more to the accident then mentioned.

If you don't have insurance, you will need to provide yourself a defense.

Yes, it does seem strange that there's no mention of Creean's insurer here. If you don't have cover Creean you might want to consider getting some now.

In theory the other parties insurer should have to pay for your repairs, but making that happen will require you to go through the legal motions I'm affraid

You need to establish who is at-fault here. If the other party has already admitted to his fault, they why would his carrier deny responsibility? If they still do, then you have to take some legal steps to get your dues. Are you not insured? If yes, what do your carrier have to say?
