I had a claim on storm damamge and the insurance co, piaid , three month after i finished fixing my home we got a never storm that destroyed my hoome again, so we repair the damages from the 2nd sorm and the insurnace co has denied my claim 1st they said i ddn;t have it fixed but we i gave them prove it was fixed , then they said they had mailed me 3 letter to appear for sworn statements that i didn't get because i was out of the state for 4months caring for a family member with cancer that past away and didn't recieve the letters but i did give depositions at a later date . It's just not right they owe me 300.000 +

You had $300,000 in damages repaired and _then_ filed the 2nd claim? Most people who have $300,000 in damages would probably call their carrier right then and there.
So you filed the claim and then left the country for 4 months. You just let your mail stack up?
I looked up Hurricane Dennis and it hit in 2005... 5 years ago. Is it correct that your posting this question 5 years after the damage occurred?
Your policy outlines your duties after a loss. Most do require that you give a sworn statement if requested. If they sent letters out 3 times and you never responded, they may then deny your claim. You can file a complaint with your states Dept of Ins and/or obtain the services of an attorney and file a bad faith claim but I'm betting anything short of a suit being filed and they will stick with their denial.
