Health Insurance for my Mother

My husband is Active Duty Army and I am currently a Federal Employee, and I was wondering does anyone know if there is some way I can extend my benefits to my mother, whom has NO insurance at all. I know they say that dependents have to be eligible children, under the age off 22 and unmarried. However, I am just curious as to what to do about my mother, whom works for a Military Contractor, that offers No Benefits.........

Only if your mother was your dependent -- meaning you provide at least 51% of her support. Doubt that's the case if your mother is working.
