network claim

I went to a clinic within my network and was supposed to see my regular physician but he was not in the office so I had to see another physician in the same clinic. Will it be covered as a network claim?

You need to know if the physician you saw is a member of your network or not. If he is a network member then your insurer would consider the charges as per the network rate payment (network claim). If he is not, then your insurer will charge you based on the non-participating provider rate.
