Medigap is a supplementary insurance that helps you pay for the difference after the Medicare coverage. That is, it bridges the gap that is left by Medicare, hence the name Medigap.
But Medigap does not cover dental care among other such medical care.

Typically Medigap does not provide dental cover, but insurance companies are allowed to offer new and innovative coverage.

NOT WHEN MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT IS INVOLVED!!
These plans' benefits are described under federal law and their coverages are marketed under state laws governing insurance. No insurer has the authority to add or subtract anything from a Medicare Supplement insurance plan.
Now, if you want to discuss Medicare Advantage, that, sir, is an entirely different discussion.
