So I spoke to a rep at some health insurance company while trying to look for health insurance benefits and she told me that the I am not to mistake the company with insurance and that they offer 60% off dental, 40% off vision and other percentages off other benefits. Can someone explain what she meant? Also, I am not sure if this plays at all into it, but she said there was a low cost like $29.95 a month, and I would get those amounts off the costs.
Thanks
Thanks

I think you've run into really a discount program in your state. This is when you pay a monthly fee for a benefits card that can be used at various medical providers for a discount - but you shouldn't confuse this for insurance! From the looks of what you provided, it can't be with $29.95 a month, be careful of scams!
