My partner is a breast-cancer survivor. she's been working for the same company for more than 8 years. She'd like to make a job change but not sure how this will affect Medical Insurance.
She is fearful of being rejected with the pre-existing condition of Breast Cancer from a new insurance company.
Her company takes advantage of this fact, piles on the work on her, expects long hours.
Can she make a job move or will she have to wait until 2014? Please advice!

If memory serves me correctly, as long as she is moving from a large group plan, then the new carrier would probably waive any pre-existing conditions. It's been _years_ since I last looked into this but something to inquire about.
