I have 7 felony DUI convictions and the last was in 2009

You'll have to apply for a license and find out. If it were up to me, 7 DUIs -- even if the last one was three years ago -- is about 6 too many. You appear not to be a person of good reputation. At the very least, six prior DUI convictions says to me they were not a deterrent important enough to you to quit driving while under the influence. You might just use all that client money to get smashed again.
If you can go another 2-3 years without any convictions (DUI or anything else), become a card-carrying member of AA, and complete some additional formal alcoholism behavioral therapy/counseling, you might be able to demonstrate a willingness to change.
