State of NJ and Medicare Part B

We live in PA but I am retired and covered under my spouse's NJ health care, do I have to take Medicare Part B

If eligible, you may be covered by your spouse's employer-sponsored plan and reject Medicare Part B. When you are no longer covered by that plan, you must re-enroll in Part B within 8 months to avoid the premium penalty for not enrolling in Part B.
