my daughter is 23 years old and landed up with a new job. Till now, she was under my health plan. Now since she can stay insured under her employer-sponsored group plan, will my insurer exclude her from coverage? Can she maintain both?

Check your policy documents. You can even ask your agent or the insurer and find out if your plan is a 'Grandfathered Health Plan'. The ACA exempts those plans.
In case it is, your insurer might not extend coverage for your daughter, since she's eligible for her employer sponsored group plan.
Some insurers are abiding by the ACA though, and allowing coverage for the young adults. You need to enquire with your insurer to know whether or not she'll be allowed coverage.

The OP's question is backwards. What she really needed to ask is: If the 23-year old daughter has coverage available to her under an employer-sponsored plan, can she choose to remain insured under the parent's plan instead?

The answer is probably YES. Most states have already adopted legislation allowing a "child" to remain on a parent's health plan until age 26. A parent's plan, if "grandfathered" (is the exact same plan which was in effect on 9-23-2010, with no changes whatsoever except for a change in premium only), may exclude an unmarried child after age 19 (or 23 if a student) until 1-1-2014, when the PPACA takes full effect.
