Hello! I'm from Texas and sure the thing can't be found here. So my question remains: which state has the lowest health insurance premiums?

You'll have to do the research. There are too many plans in 50 states, plus the DC, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Marshal Islands, and other American territories for anyone to know the answer.

On top of that, you need to know the person's age, and if 18 or older, whether they use tobacco products in any form. Tobacco users will pay up to 50% more than non-tobacco users in the same market.
