My name is John. I’m disabled and in SSDI. I’m still under 25 and on a parent insurance - Humana. I’m going to receive Medicare benefits soon. My question was that could I have both at the same time?

When you become eligible for Medicare, as long as you have both Parts A and B, you could enroll in a Medicare Advantage health plan. You can stay on your parents' health plan until you are age 26. Under certain circumstances, with your disability, you might be able to stay on your parents' plan indefinitely. But a Medicare Advantage plan could be a better choice.
