Will Obamacare have subsidies for deductibles? Like based on your income...

There are certain "cost sharing reductions" that persons with incomes less than 133% (or 138% in states with "expanded Medicaid") are eligible to receive. There are no "subsidies" other than that.

The only "Obamacare subsidies" are the premium tax credits available to persons whose incomes are between 100% and 400% of the Federal Poverty Level, and then only if they enroll in a qualified health plan through their state Exchange. (Persons enrolled in Medicaid who pay no premiums for that coverage cannot receive a tax credit.)
